Working in Germany

We currently recruit nurses for hospitals in Germany, mainly for the big urban centres such as Munich, Hamburg or Stuttgart.

To be able to start working in a German hospital, you will need to obtain at least the B1 Level of the German language. This will allow you to be selected for a Praktikum (Professional Internship) or for a temporary position as Nursing Assistant.

While you are obtaining your B2 Level, your salary should start at 1300€ net per month. After the recognition as a Nurse, the value goes up to at least 1800€. Salaries offered depend on the professional experience.

All nurses that trained outside Germany need to obtain their diploma recognition. The recognition process can take from 3 to 9 months, depending on the region (Bundesland).

The German Language training is usually integrated in the job offer, please contact us for more information on this.

Support with accommodation, initial paperwork and the recognition process is also available, either from the hospital or the recruitment agency.
