The main requirement is min. A2 level of Dutch. We’re seeking motivated candidates, willing to work in Holland for several years.

All nurses that trained outside Holland need to obtain their diploma recognitionby registering with the BIG. The process itself takes about 8 weeks.

Before you can work in Holland you will need first to register with the BIG. The registration costs 80€. If you are a nurse trained in any European Union country, registration can be done in 3 simple steps!

1 – To start the diploma recognition you need to apply online in the BIG website.

2 –  You will need to complete these documents:

• Request form
• Copy of your passport/ID
• Certified copy of your Nursing diploma (needs to carry an original stamp/signature from the school)
• Original and translation in Dutch/French/English/German of Good Character (issued within the last 3 months)

Please note that certifications of copies and translations can only be done by lawyers, solicitors or public notaries!

3 – Once they are properly filled you will need to send the documents by certified mail to this address:
